Courtney has passion for helping people actualize their potential. Courtney created Diamond Life, Inc because she wanted to give back to the sport that gave her so many life lessons and experiences. Financial reasons are the main cause for lack of participation. Courtney wants to give athletes the same opportunity to participate no matter the socioeconomic status. 

 

Courtney had a stellar career at NC Wesleyan where she currently held the record for RBI's. She was named to the anniversary team, female athlete of the year 2-time MVP. She was also afforded the opportunity to play in Europe as a member of the World Sports Stars Club. Her talents were not just on the field. Courtney received a degree in Criminal Justice & Psychology. She also went on to pursue 2 masters’ degrees from Liberty University. The first was Management & Leadership and the second was in Sports Administration and Management University.
